We are happy to accept returns of items that are purchased without logo. Therefore, if you place an order of an item and do not choose to customize the item with a specific logo, artwork or custom design. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to these returns.
Items that have been customized with logos or artwork cannot be returned. We provide a virtual proof of all products prior to your order going to production as an effort to minimize any issues with the products. We are also happy to provide one blank sample so that you may verify that the product is suitable for your needs prior to production. Once the order is confirmed and in production we cannot accept returns. Please contact your customer service representative if at any point you have an issue with your order.
